3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20 Bov (8158) - Bienne, SWITZERLAND - AUG 4, 2007
courtesy of Papsoe - cloudy ruby-brown colour, big foam beige head; yeasty with solid banana notes; robust malt body, some sweetness with a chewy fruity and somehow soapy finish - I’m definitely not a big fan of this brewery

75 cl Bottle.
Dark brown colour, low white head. Hns food and candi sugar in aroma. Lots of candi, which also dominates the flavour - it gets a bit too much of it. Other flavour sensations are barely noticed behind the sticky sweetness.

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2009 Bottle... RBSG 07... Hazy, light golden ale with a mid-sized, creamy, white head. Herbal nose with lots of crushed grain and even a hint of lavender. Well-bittered, herbal flavor, but fairly thin... more lavender. Medium-bodied and acerbic with medium carbonation. Lengthy, bitter finish. Kudos to boboski for cracking open this bottle!
