Huge, beige, head fading slowly over a cloudy, ruby-orange body. Dry, tart fruits to the nose with hints of yeast. Dry fruity taste with subdued candy sweetness. Notes of yeast and bitter spices to the finish. I got an impression of old books while drinking this one. Far from great, but has got its moments of joyful drinking.
