(Bottled) Very dark brown with a large head. Aroma of lavender, rosemary, anise and orange-peel. Flavor is herb-accented with anise, orange-peel, lavender, and hints of rosemary - but still reasonably malty. Alcohol sticks out a little, but doesn’t irritate. Medium to full-bodied, neutral palate with soft carbonation. A pleasantly herby, slightly alcoholic brew with good balance.

hazy brown/nutty with white head. Aroma of Malts, dark fruits & spices. Some sweetness. The alcohol is present - a little warm. Finish is pleasant and long lasting! Another great from Watou!

Poured a dark red, brown color with a foamy off white head and nice lacing. Sweet aroma of dark fruits, malt, caramel, and spices. Chewy malt, candy sugar, clove, cinnamon, vanilla, and some pepper in the taste. Very light taste of alcohol. Carbonated mouthfeel.

Black color with a thin head. Aroma of bread. The bread turns bitter in the taste. There really isn’t much depth here other than some yeast and bread. Decent, but not great.
