I can see small suspended particals in it. Aroma of cloves and malt. Very interesting flavor - sweet, raisony, and malty. Full bodied, and very smooth. I enjoyed it. Sweet, tangy aroma - reminds me of raisins and brown bread. Flavor has the same elements with an ever so delcate lacing of alcohol. Also detect some prune flavor (I like prunes!) Goes down ever so smoothly. One of the smoothest drinking Belgian Strong Ales I have had. The monks are doing it up right at St. Bernardus! caesar (3036), Bunnik/Utrecht, Netherlands

Aroma of malt, chocolat, bit nutty even, ripe fruit. Sweet taste, creamy of chocolat, bit sparkling as well, but still not heavy to drink. Beautiful beer. Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark
