Corked & Caged 750 ml Bottle. Appearance is a cloudy dark ruby and copper color with lots of tan foam and thick lacing. Aroma has notes of Belgian yeast, plums, raisins, toffee and toasted malts. The taste starts with a significant amount of caramel malt, figs and brown sugar followed by a blend of yeast, currants, vanilla and holiday spices. The body is silky smooth and creamy with medium-level carbonation and a dry, alcohol warming finish. As with all their offerings, it’s a rich, lively and festive brew.

Caramel, toffee, vanilla, wood, dried fruits, brown sugar.

Ruby/brown beer with a decent beige head.

Starts sweet thanks to the caramel and brown sugar, ends slightly dry and bitter thanks to the wood and dries fruits.

750ml bottle, the only way, so I can get enough of one of the best. Mahogany pour with tan head. A well blended complex mix of aromas, dark fruits, yeast, toffee, rasins, figs and lots more. The flavors are also a smooth mix of dark fruits, cotton candy, bread pudding, Mmmmm, lots of tasty things. The beauty of this beer is how many different flavors blend so well together. Some heat in the finish with a smooth ending.
