750mL bottle, purchased at Beer Run in Virginia. Pours a hazy, apricot-juice color; modest off-white head with patchy lacing. Sugar-forward aroma of light caramel, coriander, cotton-candy-ish esters, mild clove, and slight oxidation. Medium to medium-full mouthfeel, medium-high carbonation, and a fair bit of residual sweetness present; caramelized sugars, white pepper and cloves, touches of cotton candy and fruity esters throughout; not exactly what I’d call a witbier, and a touch on the sweeter, syrupy side overall; I think this suffers from a touch of oxidation as well. A hefty, scattered, witbier-esque Belgian ale. Finish offers caramelized sugar and a light emergent toastiness.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks beerandbeyond. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Wheaty aroma with some fruity esters and a bit of yeast spiciness. Sweetish and fruity flavor with a bit of banana and a drier and slightly spicy finish. Medium-bodied. A good refreshing wheat beer, reminds me a bit of German wheat beers.

From notes: Poured into a brewery-branded glass, hazy golden-amber (almost honey-colored) with a 1-finger off-white head. Aroma was citrusy with some honey sweetness and a mild earthy note. Full body, with a soft, mild finish. Citrusy flavor, with earthy yeast beneath and a mild astringency.

(Sample courtesy of Yespr) Pours a hazy golden with little, white head that recedes quickly. Some regeneration that fades. A little lace. Aroma is pepper, honey, clove and a bit of orange peel. Oily texture, soft carbonation, medium body and a slightly sweet finish. Flavour is generally similar to nose - the various components are very well integrated and quite harmonic together.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of coriander, dusty hops, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of dusty hops, wheat, coriander, and lemons, leading to a dry finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
