Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Bottle. Strong coloured bronze beer with a strong head. The aroma is spiced and molasses, and the flavour is dry and spiced. Overall a nice beer.

Beerish chewy malt smell with some esters in the background. A murky pale color with an apple juice hue. Minimal white head and action with some sediment suspension. Sweet caramel taste with some sourness and grapefruit flavors. Medium/moderate bodied, resinous, slight astringency, and a crisp frizzy carbonation. Very drinkable it’s gone now I have to look to see what else might be left.

dirty orange pour, thick frothy white head aroma of honey, lemon, and tons of yeast taste is sweet and sour, lemon, apricot, balanced by some dark dried fruits finish is mostly yeast nice texture, not over carbonated, thick and a bit slick on the tongue very nice beer, though slightly cloying as it warms...a bit dried + more hops might be better

Very hazy orange color with a huge white head which left tons of lacing up the glass.Smells like orange and bananas with yeast and cloves. Very sweet and spicy caramel smell with a little hint of lemon.Taste was full of wheat and fruit.Apple and pear with a great yeast flavor. A little hopp flavor at the end.I loved this beer. VEry well balanced in taste and flavor. Light carbonation and a pleasant aftertaste.

Man I am just not a huge fan of St. Bernardus relative to the whoever has been driving their ratings way up. This tripel is good but not great. Bottle poured a hazy golden color with a big white head. Yeasty and malty aroma with sour apple and candi sugar. Flavor is more of the same, sweet malt and sour fruits, maybe some spices. This had some similar sour/funky flavor to their Abt 12 that I can’t quite put my finger on. Taste is yeasty with some funk and green apple-like flavors. Smooth palate, medium body. It’s good but not as drinkable as others in the style.

A- Pours an opaque, dirty dark gold hue, 3-fingers of solid creamy head that is completely sustaining, big lacing throughout S- Nose is a great blend of Belgian yeast and sweet malts, some floral and citrus hops in the background, slight spice and alcohol T- Initial taste is dominated by sweet malts, fruits, and sugar, yeasts abound, tones of grass, hops, banana, apple, and alcohol, finish is sweet fruits, quite a taste adventure! M- Light/medium-bodied, creamy texture, very lively carbonation D- This is a truly great Tripel that embodies all the characteristics of the style, very well balanced and complex, quite drinkable but the 8%abv can sneak up

Pours hazy orange with off white head. Aroma sweet sugary, with nose of dark fruits and resinous. Taste is very similar, candi sugar giving the beer a syrupy mouthfeel, some dark fruits , possible apricot and yeast with light notes of citrus.

Bottle. Hazy golden body, with a huge off-white head. Aroma is very fruity, citrus and sweet like hefeweizen. Aroma is also fruity, cirtus. A very good tripel.
