S- Nose is a great blend of Belgian yeast and sweet malts, some floral and citrus hops in the background, slight spice and alcohol
T- Initial taste is dominated by sweet malts, fruits, and sugar, yeasts abound, tones of grass, hops, banana, apple, and alcohol, finish is sweet fruits, quite a taste adventure!
M- Light/medium-bodied, creamy texture, very lively carbonation
D- This is a truly great Tripel that embodies all the characteristics of the style, very well balanced and complex, quite drinkable but the 8%abv can sneak up

Aroma sweet sugary, with nose of dark fruits and resinous.
Taste is very similar, candi sugar giving the beer a syrupy mouthfeel, some dark fruits , possible apricot and yeast with light notes of citrus.

Feb 5, 2009 Bottle. Hazy golden body, with a huge off-white head. Aroma is very fruity, citrus and sweet like hefeweizen. Aroma is also fruity, cirtus. A very good tripel.

Feb 4, 2009 750ml bottle. less complex than i was hoping for, but still a solid triple. golden pour, thick head. I would prefer more kick in the palate, perhaps with more carbonation. good beer overall, though.

Jan 31, 2009 Cloudy gold pour with some nice floaties. Nice white head. Aroma of honey, citrus, flowers, and mild spice. The flavor is similar, but not quite as sweet. Fruity, somewhat dry. Bread, yeast, cloves. Dry, clean palate. Very nice tripel.

Jan 31, 2009 Cloudy orange color with a large white head. It looks quite nice. Smells like a really sweet hefeweizen with cloves and hay. Flavor is pretty malty sweet with some banana/citrus coming through. Finishes really dry. Pretty tasty brew.

One of the few tripels I’ve ever had. Nose was very sweet and citrusy, first half of the bottle poured a hazy yellow, while the second half had sediment floating inside. That Belgian taste was very identifiable; malty fruits and a bit of spice, with some carbonation. Very tasty.

Jan 30, 2009 Very nice Tripel. Not overly sweet. Aromas of cloves, banana, and orange, Taste is of medium sweet malt with some citrus notes. A yeast/doughy character is noted as well.
