Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Bottle 75 cl. Huge fluffy white head on a golden and moisty body. The nose has hints of vanilla, orange-peel and citrus. A thick and heavy palate with a dry aftertaste. Taste: yeast and citrus-fruits with a clear sense of alcohol. Not the best tripple in the hood...but not the worse either.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Lightly sweet aroma with dough, yeast and banana. Medium, crisp body. Flavor is rather light, with a general fruit sweetness and yeast. Not very impressive.

Very pale straw color, hazy, with a HUGE white head. Complex aroma of sweet malt, a little dough, some spice and slight funk, and some fruit-banana and lemon. The mouthfeel is so thick and heavy, mouth-coating. I always love the messing with the mind of a beer so pale in color but heavy in alcohol% and gravity. The flavor is pure citrus. It isn’t as spicy as some Tripels that I have had, but very solid indeed. There is a little spice in the finish, moreso than initially. My only gripe is that I would like to have a little drier finish.

75cl bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a clear dark yellow with a thick, white head that lingers. Aroma is citrus, malt, yeast, and faint notes of alcohol. This beer seems to be strongly carbonated. Flavor is also somewhat citrusy, with predominate notes of orange and faint hints of lemon. Medium-bodied ale with a smooth, somewhat lingering finish.

very good tripel, nice golden orange color with a fluffy white head, strong yeast smell with plenty of citrus, the flavor is nicely balanced with the alcohol content, i pick up mostly oranges with the flavor. This is a great tripel one of the best i’ve had at least.

hazy gold pour with a medium sized off white head. Aroma is strong fruit esters, mostly pear and orange. Flavor is pear, flower, orange, pear, all sorts of belgian yeast, and a bit of funk. Very fresh tasting. Finishes lightly sweet with a bit of bitterness to round it all out.

Bottle, thx to fonefan. It pours a lot of floaters, else it is a clear golden beer, topped by a white head. Cellarish aroma, fruity and citrusy, some apple, and pale malt. Rather ordinary actually. It’s fruity and a bit sweet in the mouth, rather bitter, with pale malt and citrus. Nice level of carbonation, and it finishes fruity and bitter. A nice tripel, but not world class, it lacks a bit on the aroma, and overall the beer fails to stand out. (080412)
