COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Poured a fairly clear, but slightly hazy pale yellow/amber with a large foamy white head. Floral aromas, Belgian yeast, and a certain spice I can’t name. Has a medium body with a fizzy carbonation. There is a nice pleasant warming sensation from the alcohol as soon as you take a sip. Starts sweet but develops a nice spicy bitterness. I really enjoyed this beer, lives up to the St. Bernardus name.

Aroma is yeast, fruity (mango, peaches, oranges, bananas), caramel, biscuit and some herbal and floral notes. Taste is also fruity (apples and pears), bread, biscuit, honey, yeast and some light alcohol and earthy bitterness. Light bittersweet aftertaste. Awesome beer!

Pours a hazy golden color, topped with a nice frothy white head. Lot’s of bubbles. Auite yeasty aroma, some soury notes in there too. A bit nose-irritating aroma. Taste is sweet, slight fruity notes. Not too strong. Apart from the aroma, not that bad.

Small bottle from Bierzwerg.de. Sparkling, misty, golden body with a medium sized, dense off-white. Pungent and pleasant spicy triple yeast notes, band aid, rock sugar on the nose. Full bodied and alco warm. Spicy and medium bitter.
