This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Great fruitiness and easy drinkablity. Seemed a bit too carbonated, but was still well crafted. A great tripel

12oz bottle from a sample pack. Pours cloudy orange with an ample head that leaves plenty of lacing. Aroma is fruits and spice. The taste starts more on the fruity side but as it warms in the glass the spice notes really come out. The ABV is masked nicely, Really nice tripel.

Pours a clear golden / orange with a thick, foamy white head...great lacing and retention. Aroma has some candied fruits as well as mild spice and faint leather. Flavor follows suit but steps up the spice and leathery notes...earthy hoppiness and a bit of citrusy rind...definitely a candy sugar sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium and very lively/silky with a dry earthy/bitter/boozy finish.

Colore giallo paglierino, leggermente torbida. Schiuma molto abbondante e finissima. Odore speziato, fruttato, leggermente pungente. Dolciastra con finale secco, rotonda e non eccessivamente carbonata.

Drinking this out of a Spencer Abbey goblet. Got a surprising overflow of foam on opening. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a lot of initial head which dissipates into a thin layer. Complex and very well balanced, this is a superior Tripel.

On tap in Cafe Botteltje, Oostende. Light, easy to drink,. Abbey ale, brewed in the classic triple style. Slightly hazy, golden, medium white head. Aroma some sweetness, honey, banana, light spices. Taste malty with some pilsen sweetness (but beer is not swett), some citrus, very smooth. One of the best tripels I ever had.

Gold hazy body with plenty of sediment floating around. Pillow white head at least two fingers worth and stays for a long time.Tangy tart bitter taste. Lemon and bread too.Peppery on the tongue. Creamy feel in the finish.

Golden color with medium white head. Smell is elegant, bananas, dough. Taste is bananas, dough, spices, with a peppery finish. Carbonation is high. A really really good Tripel with some interesting properties which remind me of an intense Weizenbock.

Bottle. Pours clear glolden with moderate head. Aroma of caramel, cereal and dough. Taste is more of the same with sweat finish. Awesome.

330ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden hue with a giant head of fine off-white bubbles. Tart apple notes, yeasty white bread, mild honey, light damp cement, and apple juice on the nose. Medium sweetness with more wet concrete, black pepper, mild cinnamon, a light graphite note, light golden syrup, and a little bit of a spicy alcohol burn that leads into mild sultana raisin, mineral notes, clove, some prominent spice on the tongue, and lots of mineral notes with some clove that lingers in the finish. Excellent.
