Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Gold blonde colour, big head, yeast grains in the glass when ouring out the beer. Aroma has something of ornage peels and lemon or lime. A bit herbal. Tastes full, smooth, sweety, like sinas (sisi), a slighlt bitter finish. Nice beer though the sisi-taste is not my thing.

Bottled. It is very carbonated and pours a light caramelish orange with a thin to medium white head. aroma is sweet and spicy with flavor of fruit and yeast with alcohol presence. Great drier finish.

750ml bottle via Hagen. Pours a hazy amber with a large white head. Nose is all about some VERY spicy Belgian yeast. Taste is complex and hard to describe as their ate LOTs of flavors but they meld together so nicely. I think i get some ginger, pepper bananna, clove, cinnamon, orange, honey and more pepper. It is hot, but not alcoholic hotness, this is spicy hotness, almost like jalapeno peppers in there, but not really lol. Like i said i have a hard time on picking out the flavors in this beer because the flavors meld together so perfectly. In any case, this is a very very good beer. Body is medium, carbonation is high.

Kind of a weird brew. Lots of bready/biscuit flavors, with a an odd sweetness similar to brown sugar, some slight citric fruitiness, brett like basement funk, and an herbal hop note towards the finish. A bit unbalanced, and a bit too sweet for my taste. Not bad, just not for me.

Nice straw gold appearance with rocky, meringue like head that dissipates quickly into a thin but resiliant white layer. Nose is of pre-baked Pilsbury biscuits, clean lemon, and miscellaneous herbs. On the palate this beer is well-carbonated with a rising, zesty citrus flavour followed by a sweet and tangy bite that leads to the finish. Citrus baked goods come to mind, such as pies.... lemon, maybe key lime, very citrusy. Finish is long and rather tart, perhaps a touch bitter as well.

Poured into glass. Hazy orange/yellow pour with fluffy off-white head with some decent. A little spicy with some citrus notes and a bit of maltiness.

330ml bottle from Utobeer, bb.27.01.12.Cloudy, golden body with a greyish, soapy head, slowly diminishing. Inviting aroma of sweet spices, lemony hops and a note of yeast. Comprehensive taste with spices and subdued banana combined with minty sweetness and nutty malts followed by yeast and warming alcohol. Full bodied, but still very soft and easy to drink. A tasty tripel, indeed (Earls Court, hotel room 07.08.2009).

Bottle. Hazy golden pour with a thick, foamy white head. Light pear, yeast, and alcohol aromas. Balanced malts, moderate sweetness, and mild bitterness with light toffee and fruit. Very nice, creamy mouthfeel.
