This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Saved the best for last theis weekend. Dark gold with a swiss-cheese looking white head. Expected spice and yeast, but more apple and fruits. Effervescent mouthfeel. Musty yeast and dry, fruity tartness blend well with the nutmeg-like sweetness. A very good beer.

Bottle Dark golden pour with a big dying head. Aroma thick of fruits, spice, and alcohol. Flavor of sweet fruits and some tangyness. Light mouthfeel, very carbonated. Alcohol is well hidden in the flavor, but not in the aroma. Overall, a good tripel.

Smooth, malty aroma with a golden hue. Sort of a flowery undescribable fruity flavor and great long aftertaste. For a tripel it is undeniably smooth and has a great flavor from start to finish

Poured a yeasty golden color with bubbly white head. Had hints of light sweet fruits, some tarty fruits, subtle spices. Finished with a light sweet bubbly feeling on the tongue.

Hazy golden-orange with a large white head. Aroma is fruity, sweet, malts, spices, and some yeast. Spices and fruit malt dominate the flavor with yeast in the background. Finishes wih a little bite. Well hidden alcohol. Thick, creamy body. Good tripel.

Pours an orange-golden color with a fluffy white head. It’s not special as tripels go, but it’s a great tripel.

Pours a hazy golden copper color. Spicy initial flavor. Thought this would be better than it is. Typical tripel, nothing more, nothing less.

Bottle at the new spot down the road, The Glenwood. Nice murky yellow color with a decent white head. Smooth flavors and spicy aromas. Slightly bitter. This one has some body some body and is very dry. Some citrus fruit flavors including orange. Very nice one.
