Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

330ml bottle. Hoppy, flowery and spicey aroma. Pours with a orange colour and bubble bath head. CItrus, hoppy, fruity flavour with some spicey notes. Full bodied with a bitter finish. Good ale.

Slightly hazy dark golden body, white head, lacing; Very yeasty soft, malty soft, pleasant flowery nose with a very little warm salt apparent; Huge soft carbonation, soft texture slightly salty, slightly sweet; Slightly salty medium long finish, again lots of aroma both malt and yeast. A very warm salty touch is present all trough the beer. Pleasant!

Very delicious brew. Pours a golden color with many floating things. Nice honey and biscuit taste, easy to drink.

bottle - Pours hazy gold with a big, lingering head that leaves excellent lacing. The body of the beer displays loads of fine carbonation and some floaters. It has a yeasty, citrus accented aroma. The flavor has a delicious sweetness to it that’s complemented well by citrus and spice notes. There’s a touch of mild bitterness in the finish of this very enjoyable tripel. St. Bernardus just can’t seem to go wrong.

draft @ theotherroom - golden and hazy with a fluffy white head that disappears rather quickly. aroma and flavor are pretty much identical...sweet honey like flavors and aroma as well as your typical spiciness you get in a tripel. very easy drinking. almost like i middle ground between a tripel karmeliet and a grimbergen blonde

Thanks to Secret Santa for this treat. Pours golden hazy with a medium white head. Sweet, figgy aroma with malty, candy syrup. A rather full aroma with metallic hints. The flavor is strong with honey, creamy dates, alcohol, metallic hints and spicy notes (very light spice). All well balanced with nothing particularly overpowering. Medium round body. Probably the most enjoyable triple I’ve ever had.

0,33 bottle. Pours bit cloudy dark orange colour. Aroma... arome is what I already know from few other Belgians but... I don’t really like it, it’s too strong and unpleasant. And what is it? This is a problem. I can’t describe it. I read through other comments and I think that "candied orange" is very close. You can feel it also in taste. Though, taste is something that fits me much more. Flavour is good mix of light sweetness ans sourness with some spices. Spices are also quite strong in aroma - cinamon maybe? Bitter and bit dry long enough finish. Nice, lively carbonation. It’s quite good, apart this SOMETHING in aroma.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy yellow color with small head.Flavor is a combination of sweet and sour. There are some green apple tart like flavors and a tad of fig and spice. Decent but not totally blowing me away.
