Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

750ml bottle from the Flying Saucer in San Antonio. A nice tripel but it seemed too carbonated though, which kinda threw me off. Pours a cloudy gold with a fizzy white head. Light on the palate, leaving a bitter aftertaste. I’d reccomend trying it, but taste it before you buy a bottle.

Pours a light cloudy brown with almost no head. Smells like girl and light hops. Very nice flavor, good malty flavor with leave flavor. Nice hop profile as well. I would most certainly buy this again, reminds me of fall. I can’t wait for the fall to drink this then outside with the changing leaves.

Aroma of yeast, coriander, lemon? and other spice. Finely bubbled golden color with a huge white head. Starts thin to medium. Very smooth, slightly sweet start. Flowery hop. Not bitter. Pepper, spice, but very muted. Something of an apple/pear flavor, but very light. The finish is dryish, and the bitter is very light. This whole thing is subtle and very light. Refreshing and wonderful. Not sicky sweet like so many.

12oz bottle. Pours a pale, translucent color with a lot of bubbles and a big foamy white head. Aroma is vanilla, yeasty, fruits, slightly bitter. Taste is smooth, fruity, bitter. This is very good but all of the top tripels are starting to taste the same to me.

Bottle. Cloudy rust orange color. Suprisingly small head and no visible carbonation. Orange, lemon, corriander, and honey aroma - all sweet, to whiff of hops. While the hops were not noticed in the smell, they are apparent to the taste. Spicy at first with a citrus zing, it gives way to a dry ending. With a good array of hops, this is one of the more even (an in my opinion mature) abbey version I have come across. It has less of a hot alcohol feels than other strong Belgians. A nice change, I will look for this standout again.

bottle from Total Wine Ft. Myers - pretty standard triple - malty, yeasty, coriander and other spices - tasty

Peachy straw colour, very hazy, massive rocky soapsuds head with eternal retention and thick lace. Yeasty and vaguely fruity aroma. Sweet malt, bready, fruity, and a peppery dryness that is quite nice. Well hidden alcohol, medium sweetness. A solid approachable triple, but nothing really outstanding for me.

750ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a large long lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus, sweet malt, and floral hops. Taste is the same with hints of yeast spice and mild bitterness. A very good Tripel.
