Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

This is what a tripel should taste like in my opinion. Nice and smooth with not too much alcohol or citrus. Nicely balanced, good color with great head

2008 bottle opened mid 2009. Golden color with thin white that laces well. Lots of still sediment suspended in the glass. Nose is sweet and yeasty. Candi sugar, ripe fruit but not as strong as I would have expected. Taste starts off sweet then the sweetness yields to some alcohol warmth followed bya a slight biscuit/breadiness. Finish is clean.

Pours a hazy yellow with a nice white head. Tons of sediment, lots of carbonation, very little lacing. Odors of lemon, alcohol, honey, and yeast. The taste is sour lemon, yeast, and other sweet fruit and spices. Really good.

33 cl bottle. Poured golden amber and cloudy with a moderate, long-lasting head. Light sediment. Odors of honey, fruit, yeast and booze. Taste is sweet fruit, caramel, and spices. Substantial mouthfeel and lightly boozy finish. Like liquid bread pudding. Yum.
