COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Super hazy yellow color. Kind of like a banana but a duller brownish color. Huge white foamy head with this pour. Smells like bananas! And wheat! And yeast! Weee. Taste is super smooth. Taste is of bananas and oranges! Some yeast as well! Very delicious. One of my favorite tripels!

Bottle. Poured a hazy golden with a creamy white head that settles to a ring. Aroma of fruit, light spice, and some funkiness. The flavor found fruit, and hints of spice. Medium body and sweet.

Comes on smooth, excellent follow. Had it right after the Chimay triple though and I can see why the Chimay is a slight notch up. A very smooth taste in this one. bottle from Oak Barrel in Canmore

Aroma: yeasty but not particularly strong. Appearance: pale golden colour with fine white head. Taste: medium sweetness, lightly bitter, lightly sour. Palate: medium body, lively, long finish. Overall: Enjoyable beer easy drinking. one of my favourite styles and this is a good example of the style

Pours hazy pale amber with massive foamy white head. Nose is sweet cereal malt, lemon citrous, creaminess and deeper musky fruity odours. Possibly a bit of orange and mango. Mouthful is quite light in body and yet oily and a flavour that starts mild but quickly deepens. Yeasty malt, bitter hops, sour citrous. Bit of toffee/caramel which tends to come through and dominate after a few sips. If I was going to criticise it, needs a bit more citrous hop and fruit kick.

Bottle at Beneluxx Tasting Room in Philly. Was surprised that I did not rate this one previously, but enjoyed it very much. Did not take good notes at the time I drank it (about a week ago) so will be on the lookout to try this one again.
