This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Aromas of shortbread, flowers, granny smith apples, coconut, and melon. Hazy, pale apricot, with a mostly lasting, white head. The taste contains very little sweetness, with hints of butter cookies and subtle fruity flavors, and dries up very quickly with light, earthy hop bitterness. Medium-full body, very creamy and smooth with spicy overtones, and finishes quite abruptly, leaving behind soft, dry, malty notes. This is a beer that offers so much throughout all of the brilliantly subtle nuances, and maintains such clarity on the palate; one of the most refreshing beers I have ever had, despite all of the fascinating complexity.

Ben carbonata, corpo medio.

Pours bright blonde with a long white head. Nose is typical tripel and bursting with fruit, coriander, and alcohol. Flavor is complex and really pushes a sweet breadiness to the front, though the hops and bitter peels do some out decently on the backside to counterbalance. Finish is long and dry but a bit sticky. Good stuff.

A very enjoying and sweety tripel. Funny to find candy flavours in such a beer. Smooth alcool and bitterness.

From a 330ml bottle on 2/4/2015. Pours a cloudy light golden with a biggish white head. Has a light spicy, fruity aroma with a dash of Belgian yeast. Take a sip and it’s sweet, fruity, a touch spicy, with bready malt and more Belgian yeast. Has modest bitterness at the back and drinks much easier than 8%. Full bodied with lively carbonation. Decent but quite straight forward. Having now sampled what is considered their best gear, I cannot for the life of me work out why this brewery is so very highly regarded.
