| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Aug 19, 2009 Tripel’s not my fave but this one is good. Huge head (possibly cause this was cellared 6 months), foamy, left foamy blotchy lacing. Hazy, cloudy, partially with bubble action. Yeasty, bananas, spices, soft palate initially, then a bit sharper, a good deal of body there. Bananas, malt, a bit of alcohol. Outstanding. ben4321 (1061), Rockville, Maryland, USA

Aroma: Strong fruit and some citrus, flowery hints as well
Appearance: Hazy, golden orange, think foamy white head, lots of movement, really nice looking beer
Flavor: Fruity sharpness, more sweet then sour, malts and yeast
Palate: Full body, strong mouthfeel, lots of carbonated
Overall Impression:
This was a really solid, well made tripel, with a bold, but somehow well-balanced sweetness. alobar (1056), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Sep 29, 2007 Bottle from Holiday Wine Cellar: Very cloudy pale peach color with a generous fluffy white head. Aroma of spice from the yeast and fruity with white grape. Flavor starts peppery and spicy with fruit (pear, grape) a light alcohol burn and a spicy, citrus dry finish. Medium body is creamy and tangy with lively carbonation. Defreni (1048), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Pours a slightly hazy golden with a large long lasting white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of citrus, sweet malt, and floral hops. Taste is the same with hints of yeast spice and mild bitterness. A very good Tripel. bfeldmann (1042), Wilmington, Delaware, USA

| 3.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | May 29, 2007 Thanks to Secret Santa for this treat. Pours golden hazy with a medium white head. Sweet, figgy aroma with malty, candy syrup. A rather full aroma with metallic hints. The flavor is strong with honey, creamy dates, alcohol, metallic hints and spicy notes (very light spice). All well balanced with nothing particularly overpowering. Medium round body. Probably the most enjoyable triple I’ve ever had.
