This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Pours a cloudy golden color with white frothy head. Smells of yeast, hay, and lemon. Tastes of yeast and citrus with slight bitterness and slight sweetness. Nice balance. Feels bubbly on the tongue with nice carbonation and the alcohol is very well incorporated. Delicious Belgian Ale.

Great beer, probably my favorite tripel. Complete in taste, beautiful color and aroma. Alcohol is also not too strong andbis masked well making it very drinkable. My bottle had noticeable big yeast chunks, so maybe a bit old. Despite this, still a great taste

Large bottle from whole foods. High carbonation. Alcohol on the nose. Some spice and Orange. Very pale. Tastes a bit like a lager. Some pine and spice flavor with little aftertaste. Pretty good

Poured into St Bernardus tulip glass a slightly hazy Amber with white head and lace. Highly carbonated. Aroma is Belgium yeast and malty. Comes off as floral, sweet, some banana and honey. Taste is banana, clove, carmel, a bit peppery and bittering in the finish. Light syrupy mouthfeel. A joy.

Amber slightly blurred. By pouring into the cup formed a beautiful white foam, good height and duration. Its aroma is fruity and floral fewer and brings certain condiments and soft sweetness of the banana caramel type. On tasting brings me a sense of honey, citrus, a touch of pear fowl, as well as malt and hops, which complete the nice set of this beer. In its a soft sweetness has a delicate balance with its average bitterness. We can say that p its bitterness is well marked, above average for the style, and pepper the end of the tasting. The mouth seems to be thirsty for more beer. Minty would be the correct adjective. We can say that this cerevja enchanted by all. Medium and slightly warm body in the throat, this sense denoting the first sips. The carbonation is medium to high. In my view is a balanced set for excellent, very tasty honoring the brewery and the style that suits me. One of the 5 most style.

12/19/14. Draft at the thirsty monk. Slightly spicy and floral nose. Weak head ( not tapped right?). Nice complex mouth with bitter hops nicely balanced against the Belgian yeast and caramel malts. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy, golden pour with a frothy head. Mild aroma of hops, fruit and something floral. Taste is similar, with a complex but mild mix of citrus, perhaps peach, a little hops, and just enough caramel malt to balance it. I was afraid this would blast my taste buds with too much of everything, especially yeast and spice, but it is very, very well executed.

330ml bottle poured into chalice. Great light sweet fruity aroma. Pours a great hazy Amber yellow gold with a frothy off white head that stays around with great lacing. Tastes very smooth with some fruity notes a slight sourness that is pleasant and just the perfect amount of bitterness at the finish.
