COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Excellent. Pours w. banana peel yellow color, cloudy, fruity/yeasty with an herbal component. Rich and sweet, but well-balanced with very smooth mouthfeel. Tropical fruits, fennel seed, pepper, banana, malt. Some earthiness but mostly just really smooth. Almost has a Unibroue quality about it. Refreshing juicy finish. Could drink alot of these.

P: Cloudy orange tinted golden body with a massive mound of ivory cream jiggling on top. S: Pilsner malt, candied sugar malt, marshmallows, clove, pears, peaches, Granny Smith apples, gala apples, cinnamon, spicy barley, sugary pound cake and a great yeast strain. Subtle banana esters and coconut. T/M: Spicy and fruity taste that follows the above mentioned ingredients. Yeast is great with earthy and fruit forward flavors that are semi powdery. Alcohol presence is sharp and spicy but complimenting. Great mouthfeel that finishes dry with tea tannins. O: As expected this is a great triple. Super complex profile while being well balanced as well.

Troebel geeloranje. Kan me details weer niet herinneren, had meteen notities moeten maken...... Ik was er niet zwaar van onder de indruk, sterker nog, het viel wat tegen. Ik moet ’m nog een keer re-raten eigenlijk.

75cl bottle (abv 8% but i think it was actually lower), hazy dark golden color, medium persistent white head, caramel aroma, yeast and citrus notes, sweet honey flavor, medium body, flat, dry finish with some hops and spices notes, nothing special expectations were higher

33cl from Auchan (Luxembourg). Although tripels are not my favourite type of beer this one just got me right. Hazy yellow with nice head. Starts a bit bitter and with a dry end. A nice beer.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2013 Rating: 3/5 = World Class, I would definitely drink this again - Light pour. About a 1 finger head in the St Bernardus glass. Dark orange liquid, almost of a ginger ale color, but a bit darker. Tons of carbonation and is quite cloudy, like a German wheat. Excellently attractive lacing with nice alcohol legs. Aroma is full of traditional triple notes including big yeast and bready tones. Additional complexities include orange peel, light spice, and mild malts Upon a second attempt at the aroma is a sweat malty characteristic and a light alcohol barrel character reminiscent of a dubbel or even a quad. Excellent mouth feel on the palate with a slight creaminess on the finish. Immediately, you know that this is going to be a good beer. Finishes with a low alcohol warmness with a light malt flavor that lingers very nicely. Initial sip is nice and complex with strong bready characteristics with more subtle tastes including an almost faint grape barrel quality. A great beer, not overly complex, but a fantastic brew with enough depth to continue to drink again and again. Wouldja - yes

Pours a very hazy straw color with a finger of extremely frothy, pure white head, that leaves decent lacing. Nose is very boozy and malty with a lot of sweetness, mainly Yeast, apple, honey and spice. Mouth is delicious. Very sweet and carbonated. sparkling cider like taste with A lot of apple and cloves. A very warming feel.
