Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

33cl bottle: This beer pours VERY hazy golden color. There is a big, thick white head with lots of small bubbles. Lots of carbonation. The aroma is citric, yeasty, with some spices (corriander?). Sweet taste has hints of banana, bread and citrus. An excellent Tripel!

Pours hazy citric gold brown ale. Large frothy head. Refreshing, yeasty aroma, with such potency yet soft and gentle. Meadow flower. Yeast, clean smooth body, hints of spice, just shade of alcohol in background. Drinkabitiy is superb. I am not sure how they have done it but they did it. Silky smooth Belgian ale, seamless blend of flavour. Very clean work I must repeat. Highly recommended.

Golden, slight haze, creamy head and lace. Nose of banana, pineapple, yeast, alcohol and others. Medium to thick bodied, rich, lush with intense flavors of tropical fruits, sugary malt, acidic yeast that bites nicely and a spicy alcohol kick to boot. A wonderful triple that I will surely revisit.

Excellent. Pours w. banana peel yellow color, cloudy, fruity/yeasty with an herbal component. Rich and sweet, but well-balanced with very smooth mouthfeel. Tropical fruits, fennel seed, pepper, banana, malt. Some earthiness but mostly just really smooth. Almost has a Unibroue quality about it. Refreshing juicy finish. Could drink alot of these.

Translucent, straw colored. Mad headz, sparkling cream. Aroma was banana pudding, yeast, bubble gum, citric. Peppery on the tongue. Had all of the characteristics of a well made tripel. I like the way the beer seemed to settle on the tongue throughout the finish with different flavors....clove, yeast, bread, berries. Alcohol throughout, not overbearing. Well done.

Yellow, very murky with many suspended particles. Head is medium and white, mostly diminishing. Looks yummy! Very honeyish aroma, similar to mead, with hints of peach, but otherwise a bit weaker than what I would expect from a tripel. Malty and yeasty flavor, sweet of honey and clover, with an alcoholic and metallic finish. Very full and chewey, as if I was eating a chunk of honeycomb.

Brownish amber color, cloudy, with a small whitish head. Bananas are strong in the nose, which is fairly sweet overall. Flavor also includes banana, is semi-sweet, with a touch of peppery spice. Finishes dry, with a touch of bitterness.

Hazy, golden coloured, thick lasting head, absolutely beautiful. Aroma of citrus, some spices and yeast. Spicy flavor, citrus again. Not overly complex, but very easy drinking. Nice tripel
