Commercial Description:
This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of Fratto. First off, huge head response. Bright orange color with chunks of yeast galore. Lovely aroma of sweet fruit, yeast and a little bit of spice. Tastes of dry fruit, very poignant. Finish loses some of it’s luster but remains an overall very tasty tripel.

A- Pours an opaque, dirty dark gold hue, 3-fingers of solid creamy head that is completely sustaining, big lacing throughout S- Nose is a great blend of Belgian yeast and sweet malts, some floral and citrus hops in the background, slight spice and alcohol T- Initial taste is dominated by sweet malts, fruits, and sugar, yeasts abound, tones of grass, hops, banana, apple, and alcohol, finish is sweet fruits, quite a taste adventure! M- Light/medium-bodied, creamy texture, very lively carbonation D- This is a truly great Tripel that embodies all the characteristics of the style, very well balanced and complex, quite drinkable but the 8%abv can sneak up

Pours a very milky honey gold with slightly green accents and a 2 finger creamy beige head that simply never goes away and leaves some of the nicest lacing around. Aroma is earthy citrus, fresh dough yeast, straw, spicy yeast, a little banana and some citrus tanginess. Flavor is grainy malt at first follwed closely by lots of toast and some caramel, then a little lemon. In the middle the toast and caramel remain dominant and more citrus notes move in, with some dark fruit and spicy yeast, which becomes more bread like rather quickly. Finish is grainy, toasty, citrus and spicy yeast. This stuff is what I would imagine a marzen brewed with Belgian yeast would be like-fantastic.

Shared w/ Juart and Santoslhalper. Pours a hazy golden apple juice color with a small white head which dissipates quickly. A beautiful nose of apples, grape, yeast and alcohol. A pretty caramely flavor with the apples and spritzy carbonation mingling nicely. Some fruity esters and a bit of a dry finish round this out nicely. The carbonation and texture combine to make a nice creamy mouthfeel.

Everything you expect in a Tripel. Pours a hazy dark orange color. Thin white head with decent retention and lacing. Aroma is sweet fruit (cherries) and yeast. Alcohol is noticeable in the aroma, but less so in the taste. Flavor is fruity, with some citrus, and lots of honey and caramel sweetness. Nice clean finish.

The beer pours a hazy yellow orange with a thick white head. The nose is a rich mix of spice yeast citrus and malts. The taste is slightly less then what the nose lead me to believe but it is still very good; a clean mix of yeast and citrus with light notes of coriander and peppercorn. The finish is slightly sour but very nice.

Pours out of the 330ml bottle a hazy golden orange with a white head that has very good retention. Aroma has loads of orange zest, coriander, yeast, spice, and floral notes. Tastes very bright, no alcohol showing at all, and not overly sweet for a triple. Orange, apricot, lemon, bubblegum like yeast, cloves, and coriander. Mouth feel is very nice, and so is this beer. I love this brewery!
