This beer, with high fermentation, has a pale amber colour and a flowery, fruity taste with a harmonious balance between sweet and sour (8% alcohol content). This beer has a thick and vivid froth and strikes by its balanced taste with a delicate bitterness.

750 bottle corked and caged poured into a trappist glass has a golden color and loads of yeasty sediment from the bottom. the head is a thick two finger that left a heavy layer with great retention. aroma has champagne yeast, lemon peel, flowers, banana, spice, and grain. mouth feel is lighter with frothy carbonation. flavors are well blended yeast, grain, malt, spice, and sweetness. has a good yeast and spice snap along with the alcohol. a little touch of apples and a finish going dry with spice and very light bitter. definitely a nice tripel, perhaps the best i have tried.

Nice amber-yellow with a moderate head. Aroma of sugar, big yeast, and bananas. Blast of bubble gum, bananas and bread in the mouth. A delightful fruity tripel with only minor spice and citrus notes. Big, thick gummy mouth feel. Wet full bodied ale that’s rather refreshing and leaning to overripe fruit and vanilla. A refreshing tripel.
