Bottle shared with Biv at Primos Deli. Poured into beer mug LOL. Oh well. Golden yellow with some haze and big puffy head. Aroma is sweet fruits, cereal, spices, and candy. Taste is fruity with lemon drops, apples, pears. Big yeast and cereal grains on the backend. You get that typical Belgian yeast flavor on the finish as well. Slight white peppery also. Big carb, medium to light body.

Friendly triple. Golden blond. Taste of orange, citrus, soft bitters, which combine well with the sweets. Very plesant to drink.

Bottle. 26.08.16. 19 srm. Suspended yeast, mildly off white head, great retention. Dark orange with a ruby red hue. Dominant esters of sugary sweet fruit (strawberries, raspberries, kiwi). Lots of yeast, some hint of herbal, rain forest. Honey flowers. Think velcro syrup (heavy malt, a level up than umami). More on the sweet side, could mistake for saison. As it warms up, more of pear, green apples, and black pepper spice. Velcro on the back end on, too much maltiness for me, like mine with higher attenuation.

Bottle. Pours in hazy pale yellow body with high white frosty head. Aroma is yeasty yet with a certain fruitiness, mostly a gentle citrus, light floral background with herbs like ending. Taste has high malty sweetness with light citrus bitterness, yeasty after taste. Body is full, high carbonation, soft.

Foam is rough and very durable. The delicate scent of a little clove and citrus and orange. It’s a strong case of 8%, but the mouth feeling is surprisingly easy. The flavor of orange zest and slightly bitter citrus fills all the taste buds with good impressions. But in addition to acid and bitterness it forms a little sugar reminiscent of candy, not the over sweet and sickening way, but more in a way that maintains the malty sweetness as this triple also. Soft and subtle hops tones spreading towards the end and with its moderate carbonation spreads there is a sense of well-being throughout the oral cavity. The finish is medium dry.

A fresh sour smell, after which the fruity taste comes forth. A real pleaser with its balance between the golden fruity ale and the creamy yeasty taste. Nothing is extraordinary except the balance it strikes. Very well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy (iOs)

75 cl. Semi hazy hayish yellow, solid white fluffy head, dissipates slowly leaving plenty of lacings. Warm aroma of bread, citrus, malt, fruity esters, yeast. Taste is citrusy and malty, bubble gum, fairly big body with yeast notes, slight alcohol in the finish, more warmth in character than boozy. Very nice balance. Creamy texture, big body, medium carbo. This brewery doesn’t disappoint.

Teku. Bottle. Light amber, clear with medium, white head. Poor lacing, average head retention. Nice fruit, ester aroma with great yeasty and spicey notes. Mild caramel aromas. Taste is rather semi is rather semi-sweet from malts. Medium body, above average carbonation, creamy/oily texture, finish is dry. In general very balanced (esters vs malts) triple, highly drinkable, with slightly alcohol warming in the end.
