Nice honey sweet nose, hint of belgian spices and alcohol. Golden yellow, not too hazy, long lasting huge foamy head. Tastes beautiful, honey notes come through in the taste as well upfront, finishes spicy and decently leafy hoppy with some more of the belgian yeast. Alcohol well hidden. Well balanced and comforting to drink. Medium bodied and highly carbonated. Excellent tripel.

Licht troebel gouden bier met mooie schuimkraag. Neus vol met fruitige aroma’s. Mondgevoel is zoet met zurige toets. Lekkere tripel!

750 ml bottle into signature chalice, best before 11/21/2015. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big lemon, orange zest, peach, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, light banana, honey, candi sugar, bread, pepper, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Incredible aromas with awesome complexity and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt sweetness; with great strength. Taste of big lemon, orange zest, peach, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, honey, candi sugar, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, orange zest, peach, pineapple, apricot, pear, apple, light banana, pepper, honey, candi sugar, bread, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt sweetness; with a great malt/yeast balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and slightly slick/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with minimal warming present after the finish. Overall this is an incredible tripel style! All around amazing complexity and balance of fruity/earthy yeast and moderate pale malt sweetness; and very smooth and crisp to sip on for the ABV. An extremely delicious offering.

Pale golden, typical triple head. Fresh, floral nose. Spices, honey yeast,, nice beer, more subtle than a Chimay or a Westmalle for example.

Bottle from the lcbo. Clear golden pour, with a huge white head. Big aroma of tropical fruit and a very forward aroma of yeast. A very bready tripel, with alot of cereals also. A very well done balanced example of the style.

Has a decent head, among an amber, golden glowing, cloudy color. Floral hops at the beginning, together with clove, pear and a biscuity maltiness, spiced with nutmeg. The most outstanding thing to the nose is the intense, floral, illustrating hop note among slightly funky Belgian yeast. The same thing applies to the taste, floral, grassy notes define the first impression. The processed hops aren’t particularly bitter, but they do confirm the spices of the brew outstandingly well, adding a lot more character to the beer, than the usual Tripel would allow. Spiciness has a semi-dry note to it, while peppers, cinnamon, ripe banana, pear and apple, as well as burned caramel shine through. Includes also an earthy, herbal coordinate, close to a Saison, which gets detectable during the slightly bitter finish, accompanied by soft, slightly slick yeast.

Hazy golden body with a huge, creamy, white head that never gets smaller than a finger-thick pillow of dense foam. My chalice is covered in beautiful draperies when the beer is gone. The aroma is strong and spicy, I actually get lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, quite unusual for the style. Also citrus and banana. How fun! The spicy notes of the strong flavour are more coriander-like, I get lots of Belgian yeast, banana, alcohol and pale malts. The long-lasting finish has notes of honey and flowers. The taste is moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Mid-bodied and dry with a lively carbonation. An unusually interesting tripel, I’ll certainly buy this again!

Bottle. Amber Body with white not very long lasting head. Aroma is ripe fruits with hints of yeast. Taste is fruity and yeasty with some hints of sourness. Aftertaste is sweet balanced by some bitterness and some alcahol.

330 mL bottle. Pours golden nectar with a frothy cap of white head. Sweet honeyed peach on the nose, doughy with clove and allspice, chewing gum and cream, woodsy. Balance is on the sweeter side of the style, with just a hint of bitterness. Full bodied and full textured with high carbonation. Stellar, a superlative tripel.
