Bottled 0,33L. Hazy clear golden color, good head, medium bubbly aspect. Spiced and crisp nose with rumors of grassy. Little acid taste, malty and aged yeast, cellar final.

Birra bionda con velo relativamente sottile di fragile schiuma bianca. Sentori floreali ed agrumati non molto intensi, lieve presenza di luppoli. Gusto amarognolo con note di miele di castagno, arancia e lievito, finale amaro e piuttosto asciutto. Corpo medio, effervescenza medio-bassa, struttura un po’ acquosa. C’è decisamente di meglio in giro.

Profumo floreale mieloso e un po' fruttato, leggermente pesca. Bella corposa e dolcina al nascere con un retrogusto amaro a chiudere. Ottima con carni rosse.

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Malty and yeasty aroma with overripe fruits. Sweet and fruity flavor with hoppy and yeasty notes. Finished dry and slightly bitter.

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small, dense and white head. Aroma is herbal and spiced yeasty. Sweet caramelish and yeasty fruity. Mild herbal and slight spiced. Dry phenolic finish.

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thick off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of fruit, yeast, peaches, straw, and a bit of malt. The flavor is very sweet with strong notes of yeast and fruit as well as medium notes of malt, alcohol, over ripe fruits, and dusty hops, leading to a dry yeasty finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a hazy yellow with a creamy white head leaving a little lacework. Very perfumy and flowery aroma. Solid body, perfumy - coriander? - and very fruity and yeasty. Ends with a surprisingly bitter finish. Some typical Belgian phenols in there as well. 010910

(Bottled) Hazy paleish golden (opaque light orange with yeast) with a small, firm and lacy head. Aroma of honey, yeast. lemon, and grassy-herby hops. Flavor is honeyish, pale-malty, yeasty, somewhat acidic, slightly alcoholic. Finish is dry and grassy-hoppy. Almost medium body with fizzy carbonation, moderate alcohol burn and some astringency. Yeast brings some more honey and fruitiness in. Despite the hops, this is too acidic and alcoholic to be enjoyable.
