330ml bottle (Cracked Kettle?) BB way back
Wow, what a raisiny aroma, winey, and even cognac-like, but very light, touch of honey. Plenty of autolysis gone on here. Pale, brief head. Palate a little watery, alas. But the winey retronasals make it a full experience in the mouth. Taste is even better than the aroma, a perfect example of what happens to strong malty beers when they oxidise and the yeast autolyses. Very biting, but also cooling on the lips, bitterness. Mellow, but crisp. A nice sipper.

Bottle 0,33L. Hazy, dark yellow colour with a lot of visible particles at the bottom of the glass and small white head. Aroma is fruity - from orange and lemon to pinneapple and peach, with alcohol at the end. Taste stert light sweet, crispy, with fruity note and heavy bitter finish with long lasting aftertaste. Medium body, dry texture and lively carbonation. Kinda average Belgian ale.

In bottiglia.

Poco corposa e poco carbonata.

Bottled 0,33L. Hazy clear golden color, good head, medium bubbly aspect. Spiced and crisp nose with rumors of grassy. Little acid taste, malty and aged yeast, cellar final.

---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Aroma of yeast, fructose - strawberry sherbert. Flavour has fruity sweetness and a bread dough taste with a light sourness.
