Guardate una delle birre bianche migliori che abbia mai assaggiato, molto pepata e speziata, saporitissima, con un sapore e odore che ti rimane nel naso per un giorno intero, cosi’ dovrebbe essere una birra bianca come si deve!

Dean Swift - RBESG Tasting. Hazy pale gold beer, tiny white head. Light frothy palate. Interesting mild lemon sherbet, maybe a trace of lime as well. Finishes dry with a pinch of chalk. Mild minerals. Nice.

Bottle at RBESG 2011 Grand Tasting at The Dean Swift, London. Pours cloudy yellow with a big, foamy white head. Nice, classic witbier nose, with plenty of wheat, yeast and spice. Light sweet flavor, more yeast and wheat, some light spice and a nice, restrained sugar note. Light to medium in body with fine carbonation. Sweet finish, more wheat. Good stuff. Extremely refreshing at this point in the tasting (beer #33).

Bottle (RBESG2011, Grand Tasting)
Super perfumey corriandery aroma. Cloudy yellow. Lively palate. Really perfumey taste. Absurdly so, but deep down it’s pretty good to drink so gets a thumbs up.
