COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A well balanced ale fermented cool, showcasing light malt flavors and a delicate kiss of German noble hops. Brewed with pilsner malts and German noble hop varieties.

[Tap] Part of a sampler at the brewpub in early September. Golden in color with a few wisps of white head. Grassy and grainy nose. Mild biscuits and grassy hop bite in the taste. Light and crisp, but also clean. Easy to drink and good balance. A refreshing brew.

On tap. Clear golden with a white head and active carbonation showing. Grassy straw aroma. Mild sweetness with a mellow Noble hop bitterness. Light bodied, with a clean finish. Nothing too special, the bitterness was nice but the flavor and aroma hops were nowhere to be seen.

Very clear pale yellow-gold color. Strong malt nose. Taste is the same with light hop for balance, almost pilsner-like. Very light easy-to-drink brew.

Tap Sampler. Nice pilsner aroma and light copper color. Great pilsner malt flavror and nice light german hops balance. Very enjoyable.
