2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Good fruity aroma. The taste is slightly fruity with a lot of bitter taste. Heavy bitterness that fills the mouth well a weak moment. But this beer is too bitter for my taste of IPA. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Fresh keg (only six days old) at En Öl- och Whiskymässa, Gothenburg, april 2014.. Pours deep clear golden with a fairly lasting slowly dissipating white head. Aroma is soft malty, caramel, bread, biscuit, floral hops. Taste is is a nice flowery bitterness on a big malt ground with biscuit and crackers. Ends flowery bitter without going in the typical rough way. Medium body, medium carbo, soft, sticky texture. A nice display.

1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
What happened here? St. Erik’s seldom fail and this should be good. Probably an infected bottle as this most tasted sour, spirits and bad.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Vanilla huge head, some lacings, amber golden clear body.
Mild fruity inviting aroma, lemony juicy hops, caramel malts.
Taste; bitter caramel, lemon, hops, roasted caramel.
Smooth and well bodied, low carbonation.
Lingering finish, bitter and dark caramel.
The oat makes this a fruity IPA. Hope S:t Eriks will brew it again and again and again.

Smells IPA with some dose of creaminess. Pours light golden with little white head. The taste has a bit of wine in it. The aftertaste fails- quite gluey and sweet. Otherwise ok.
