Det är en god arom, inte tu tal om annat. Där finns exotiska frukter och citrus, men det är ingen omedelbar doft, man måste liksom ta i för att få in de rätt sköna dofterna i näsan. Beskan är krafig och dominerande, skön och god, men samtidigt lite för ensam. Där finns inte så mycket mer tyvärr.

Smells good but weak unfortunately. Does not taste much either. The aftertaste disappears fairly quickly. Mediocre beer.

Pours a dark golden color with a frothy white head that left quite a bit of lacing. Aromas mostly consisting of herbal hops and fruit. Light flavors of citrus and sweet malts. Body was a bit too thin and not much bitterness was present. Overall this was nothing special but a decent APA that’s on the lighter side and easy to drink.

Bottle in Sälen.
Clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma light to medium malty (caramel)), almost heavy hoppy (hay, grass and pine). Flavor light sweet, medium+ bitter, nice. Medium body.

[ Trade by fiulijn ]. Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, hay - grass, moderate hoppy, flowers, orange - citrus, grass . hay, butterscotch notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, hop bitter, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120714]

A bottle from systembolaget. Brown color, medium carbonation. Very "cascade"-ish taste and smell, but it’s not very smooth beer.

Hazy yellow, small white head. Fruity, light pineapple in the aroma. Light to medium-bodied, Grassy, fruity flavor. It’s ok but maybe a bit thin impression.

Bottled@PBF2012. Goldeny orange colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, grassy and herbal. Flavour is fruity, floral, herbal and sweet malty. Pleasanty balanced flavour, but aroma is not all too good.

Frisk och fruktig. Tropisk frukt , citrus och en aning maltig. Tydlig grapebeska som ligger kvar länge i gommen. Lite stickig beska som jag tycker är lite karakteristisk för en del av S:t Eriks öl.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Charlottenberg. Medium-sized coarse white head. Clear, bright gold colored body. More malty than hoppy aroma profile. Biscuity and cakey with some buttery malt tones. Fruity hops can be noticed.
Semi-dry, light sour malt flavor. Stale bitterness. Hop flavor is earthy with vague fruit tones only. Quite well-bodied for a 5 percenter. Light sourish-bitter ending. Quite dissapointing, this one. I’ve had far better beers from S:t Eriks.
