COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Medium offwhite head. Hazy yellow body with lots of visible particles. Grassy spicy tropical fruit aroma with earthy toffee notes. Dry-sweet dried fruit taste with funky floral strawberry notes. Fullish body. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish floral tropical fruit aftertaste with citric resiny dried fruit and soft metal notes. Weird, but excellent. It’s like a melange of Westmalle Trippel and a west coast IPA. Somehow the combination works really, really well. (0.33l bottle, Systembolaget, Charlottenberg.)

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with an off-white head. Sweet, fruity, spicy, almonds, plastic, alcohol. This doesn´t work for me.

This is the only Jessica Heidrich brew I’ve had to return. Are my taste buds completely off, or is the brew defect? Aroma and taste full of expressions that shouldn’t be there. Undrinkable.

Smak och doft av humle, passionsfrukt, citrus och örter. Frisk och len som avslutas med en citrusbeska. Alkoholen slår dock igenom lite.

Bottle, 33cl - Clear amber beer with a large white head. Aroma is malty with notes of caramel, oranges and spices. Flavor is malty with notes of spices, oranges, caramel, floral hops and bread. Very sweet and not very much like a DIPA but more like an english or belgian strong ale.

330 ml bottle. Aroma caramelly, some fruit, alcohol, clear hop notes and some metallic shade. Taste is sweet, lots of caramel with that metallic taste. Rich hop notes that fades into a sweet and bitter finish.

Draft @ Bishop HBG. Grumligt guldig. Humlig aroma. Smaken är näst intill magisk! Bra beska och riktigt väl humlad. Söta inslag och en fin avrundning!

Hazy golden, low head but lasting laces. Apricot and other fruit in the aroma. Sweet taste, perfume and alcohol quite dominant.

330ml bottle. Pours a slightly hazy medium gold, with a white head. Very hoppy, fruity aroma, spruce, apricot, pineapple, marmalade, faint hints of burnt/caramelized sugar. Semi-sweet, medium bodied, high bitterness, creamy CO2. Hoppy, slightly sugary taste, marmalade, spruce, caramel, apricot, treacle, orange peel, bergamot. Very tasty, quite competent brew, but the sweetness grows and grows, making it too cloying at last. The mouthfeel turns very watery after a while, for reasons I cannot grasp. (2013-03-22)
