Klassisk svensk mustig porter. Bryggd med mycket karamell- och chokladmalt. Passar utmärkt till julbordets alla läckerheter.

Smells not so much, maybe a little bit of caramel flavor. Tastes However, much more. The aftertaste is left a little while. Hard to describe this beer. But I probably would not recommend it anyway.

330ml bottle. Pours a cloudy, almost dirt-like brown, with a thin beige head. Malty, roasted aroma, chocolate, coffee, yeast, hops, some phenolic notes going on as well. Off-dry, medium body and bitterness, balanced CO2. Roasted, malty taste, chocolate, yeast, phenols, coffee, earth, caramel. Flavourwise it is totally OK, but the light phenolic notes get me wondering, and the yeasty notes gives this beer a sort of home brewer’s air to it. (2012-12-20)

Aroma: Smelling of dark bread, red apples, spices, cardamom and vanilla.
Appearance: A deep mahogany brown beer. A high tan head with good lacing and good curtains.
Taste: Tasting sweet dark bread, dark chocolate, coffee and bitter orange marmalade.
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slight dry finish.
Overall: Well, I have a cold, but in spite of that there was good aroma and taste in this one.
