Bottle in Stockholm. Pours rich gold with a medium, foamy white head. Pleasant notes of pine and ripe grapefruit in the aroma. Medium sweet flavor with nice, toasted malts, ripe citrus, grapefruit, wet pine. Medium in body with average, creamy carbonation. Medium sweet on the finish, fairly resinous with toasty bread, some fresh grass and nicely rounded pine character. Not an overly assertive IPA, but it’s OK.

Lovely glowing amber, strong hoppy aroma. Also malt in the nose. Not extreme, this is a refreshement or a beer to have with lunch. Dry finish.

Bottled 330ml (BB 10/2012)
Clear copper color, good steady off-white head. Grassy, dusty nose with licorice-kind of saltyness, not the most fresh feeling. Medium-bodied. Bready maltyness with some citrus and fruityness. Short bitter finish. Feels a bit empty and boring.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours clear amber with a decent creamy white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and light bready malts. Taste is hoppy, fruity nearly without bitterness, grassy and citrus, medium bodied. Soft carbonated. Ends with some good flowery hops and a slightly more resiny bitter end. Enjoyable.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2014 Very unexciting. Pours amber with a small white head. Aroma is somewhat hoppy, but there’s also a distinct maltiness (bread, cereal) that doesn’t match the style. Taste is fairly ok with a decent level of bitterness but body and mouthfeel is too light. This would have been better had it been a few percent stronger.

Bottled. Hoppy and malty nose. Pale fast disappearing head. Golden colour. Malty and hoppy taste. More than average hops. Too hoppy for my taste.

Bottle. Pours amber with a small, off-white head. Smells and tastes like an IPA. Pine and pith, some grapefruit. Nothing special.

Pours dark amber low head. Were are the aromas? Can’t really find them. Body and palate is low. Medium bitterness and a bit too bready and malty. A bit metallic
