2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330 ml bottle from Systembolaget Strömstad. Pours a sparkling copper orange body with a small tanned head. Boiled leaves and pinewood dominate the nose with notes of dried fruit. Sweet, cloying caramel with a stale and lasting bitterness, leaving a heavy and unfresh impression. Best before date is 2014-12-01, but I guess I missed peak.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottled 330ml. -Pale amber coloured, small off-white head, citrusy hoppy nose. Moderate malty, citrusy hoppy and light caramel with notes of spices in rather short dry finish. Not much to say about but to be honest this one is pretty boring brew. Pitty, expected better.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Quite dark amber to orange body that is clear, with an average-sized, light tan head that laces the glass well. Strong aroma of sweet caramel, lots of citrus and tropical fruits. A good dose of sweet caramel in the flavour as well, also some tropical fruits, grapefruit and pine. A bit fainter hoppy contribution than I had expected from the aroma. Light to moderate sweet taste, moderate bitter finish. Mid-bodied with a moderate carbonation. A tasty brew, but it wouldn’t hurt with even more hops.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
330 ml bottle @ Rockmore Pub, Viking Grace
Clear copper colored beer with little blonde head. Aroma has pineapple, tropical fruits and resin. Flavor is resiny, fruity and toffeey sweet. Palate is medium full with a quite low carbonation. Finishes with only mild bitterness. I would have guessed this was out of date but the BBE was 7 months ahead. Aroma was good but everything from that on just got worse in the flavor, palate and finish.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
UPDATED: JAN 6, 2015 Has an awful lot of special malts in this one, for me the malt base makes this really bad, it overtakes the hop presence and just hides it... Let the hops speak in an IPA, this one has weird leathery undertones and as in many of their beers has this cereal feel to it, which I personally don’t like much.

2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
330 ml bottle. Clear amber with white head. Aroma is very light. Some sweet tones and some yeast. Taste has a mellow hop bitterness at start, then some almost roasted barley tones and then a striking bitterness with no real carachter but bitter. This is more of an english ipa than american as the brewery describes. And not a particullary good one.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice slightly hoppy smell and very softly hopped. The color is really nice, maybe missing. Bit of head on top but this is what you usually get with IPAs.. . Right refreshing taste and palate. Could be a very good summer IPA! The bottle was also particularly good looking

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from rlgk. Reddish brown color, with a decent white head. Floral, hoppy, refreshing aroma of, lime, grass and hints of malt. Hoppy, wheaty flavor, followed by an uprising bitterness. Bitterness stays in balance with the malts, to overpower them in the end, leaving a long lasting bitterness. Lovely wheat-based beginning reminds me of a fresh "Pilsener", then hoppy limes come up revealing the IPA character of the beer, resulting in an enjoyable bitterness.
