An interesting beer. Toffee on the nose, nice copper colour. Almond, apricot and malt flavours. Hops are in evidence but not dominant. Slightly thin and almost too bitter on the finish but just about pulls it off. Pretty good.

Tap @ Tennstopet. Clear dark brown color, small white head. Aroma of hay, bitter and bread. The taste crackles in your mouth, dried dark fruit, apricot, tutti frutti. The aftertaste is a bit dry, I get some taste of Earl Grey tea. A perfectly okay IPA in British style.

Bottle 33cl. Red with a beige foamy head. Hoppy aroma with flowers and citrus. Nice balanced flavour where malt and hops are well in harmony. This is a nice entry IPA, to get familiar with the style. It is not a very complex and over the top one.

panacea (94) - Mölndal, SWEDEN - OCT 31, 2014
Golden brown with one finger white head. Pleasant malty nose with hints of citrusy hops. Taste is watery with subtle american hop notes. Thin body with medium carbonation. Better than fizzy lager but not much more.
