COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The first result of the meeting with Jessica Heidrich is a healthy lager with a pure flavor of Swedish juniper berries that are matched by the exhilarating Cascade hops. According to Mathias fits the beer as good straight from the bottle in the wood-fired sauna in an elegant drinking glasses to the Swedish delicacies as caviar, trout, lobster and tartar on the game.

Sample @ SBWF. Very spicy. Too spicy in my opinion. It’s almost hard to find a beer behind all the spices... Not bad tasting tough.

Bottle (marked 371) [from trade with SaintMatty] @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Clear golden color, small off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell malts and herbs or spices like rosemary and something else. Taste malts, lightly hops but also again herbs or spices like rosemary and something else I can’t quite put my finger on. Low to medium carbo, low to medium body.

Bottle 33cl (thanks a lot SaintMatty) marked "371", BB 2013-04-15. A clear golden colour with a small white head. An aroma of malt, wood, juniper, parfume, resin and hops. The taste is mediums sweet and light bitter. A medium body, oily and light sticky texture, soft carbonation and a medium long duration. A little bit off balanced and the juniper takes over both aroma and taste.
