3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle courtesy of Emma. Pours hazy orange with a rather big frothy and creamy offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and herbal with caramel, grass, liquorice root, moist soil, moss and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter, malty and herbal with caramel, bread, liquorice root, moist soil, moss, minerals and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny cloying and medium bodied. Finish is slightly sweet and tiny bitter with caramel, moist soil, moss, grass and lemon zest. Weird but ok…

Bottle, gift. Overall nice, maybe the pors gives the beer a personality. Went fine with pulled pork and fried potatoes.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
The porse has a heavy precense in the aroma. There ar notes of wood sorel and one realy get the feeling of beeing out in a forrest. Hazy golden white head. Taste is pretty mild but the wood sorel makes a reapperance. Neither malt or bitterness stick out so the porse get full play room. The beer is light refreshing and dry. Aroma is better than the taste which is somewhat anonomys, but the porse is nice. I get the feeling that the recomended food from Mathias migh be to powerful in the taste and drown out the beer.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle @ Chriso’s Pre-GBBF Shindig. The pour’s gold with a small head. Toasted bread. More of the general herbal notes that have been present in all of the beers in this series. Mild spice. Mellow bread, lemon candy. Light body, soft carbonation. Meh-inducing.
