Organic Ale bryggs i stilen English Special Bitter.

Head 2-finger fawn, ruby clear body, small lacings. Lots of roasted malts to the nose, caramel n chocolate, toffee fudge. Roasted malts, bitter, resin, chocolate n toffee to the tongue. Good body n feel, well balanced, suitable carbonation. Hops are still playing the postludium with distinct roasted malts parts. Tasty and likeable. 33cl bottle. Best before 2015-01-06. Cola brown, thin off-white head that quickly disappered. Bready malty aroma, biscuits, nuts, some cocoa as well. Flavor has caramel, bread, molasses, hops. Quite dry and bitter finish. Like a mix between an ESB and a dunkel. Decent.

Bottle. Pours a dark brown clear body with a medium off-white head. Aroma is dark malts, caramel, mild nougat tones and hints of bread. Taste is dark malts, syrup, bread and hints of metal and bitter herbs. Medium body and carbonation. Fair enough malt-oriented beer, but far away from the top rungs.

330ml Bottle - Very dark brown in colour. Raisins, grain and wort stick out in the aroma. Malty, fruity and moderately sweet taste with wort, raisins and caramel standing out. Some slightly metallic notes can be detected in the finish.
