COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An innovative and fresh session ale in the American style, brewed with the modern hop variety Citra. Pale Ale is a shining amber example of Jessica Heidrich’s signature "Love and Hops" - easy to drink and rich with plenty of hop aromas and character. Aroma and taste - Large aroma and citrusy scent from the Citra hops with hints of elderflower, gooseberry and rhubarb reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc wine. Well-balanced and complex taste with distinct citrus floral bitterness. Long, fresh and aromatic bitter finish. Ingredients: Pale ale malt and Citra hops

Nummenrannassa. Quite enjoyable beer, maybe not as refreshing as I hoped. Still good.

Straight forward nice malt body, dry and nice, some refreshing bitterness, but not a lot of late hop additions. I understand the point of the beer is a nice drinkable Pale Ale, and I was looking for a more towards session IPA, this obviously wouldn’t please the general crowd, but this isn’t bad.

330 ml bottle. 693/08237. BB 2014/10/30. (K-Citymarket) Pirkkala, Finland.
Lively golden colour with a small white head. Citrusy and fruity hops, mild bitterness, mild malt and mild notes of sourness in the aroma. Nice. The flavour is citrus, grapefruit, some berries, moderate bitterness and mild malt. There’s some NZ hoppy notes lurking. Actually pretty nice.

Golden orange clear beer with white head dissolving soon leaving lacing. Aroma has sweet caramel malts, mango, gooseberry and pine. Taste is malty and resiny bitter with some gooseberry and fruits on the side. Palate is thinner than medium with quite heavy carbonation. Finish has a lot of bitterness, leaving an intense grapefruity aftertaste. A solid APA or session IPA but I could use some more fruity freshness.

Bottled. Pours clear golden in color with a whitish head. Earthy and notes of orange peel in aroma, feels like a tropical damp cellar somehow. Hints of citrusy notes and light malty tones in taste. Light bitterness and mild soapy notes in aftertaste.

Bottle. A clear, pale golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is a tad too much on the wort-side, with some lemon and grass. Rather worty flavor too, with pale malts, light bread and some lemon and grass. Citrus peel and a nice bitterness level too. Medium to thin on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Short finish. Way to weak and boring this one. 140418

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grass and floral. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin to watery, carbonation is soft.
