Pale lager filled with love and a lot of hops.

33 cl bottle from Systembolaget. Clear, pale golden liquid with small-medium white head. Smells of citrus, grapefruit, hops, grassy hops and light malt. Taste is crisp, dry, a bit hoppy and medium to heavy bitter. Light to medium bodied with nice carbonation. Overall, quite refreshing one. Nice hoppiness.

Bleak yellow with minimal foam. Light hops, grass, and malt in the nose. Taste of malt and bread, no sweetness and pretty bitter which is nice. Medium bodied. Decent pils - not much more.

Yes, for once I can only agree with the above commercial description which I too am too lazy to translate for you foreigners. But i like it. A very solid Pilsner rich in flavor. A marked strong palate differs it from standard pilseners. Had mine with seafood. Worked perfectly well.

Tap, Bishops Arms, Copenhagen. Pours a clear and pale yellow beer with a weak white head. The aroma is malt, fruit and hops with passion fruit and perfume. The flavor is following the nose. The palate is bitterness. Overall a good beer.

Bottle. It pours a clear, pale golden body and a small, white head. The aroma is dominated by tropical-fruity hops and pine-cones, leaving little room for the malts. Peaches, lots of pineapple, a dash of pinecones and also some bitterness. Medium body with decent carbonation. Lasting fruity and piney finish. A tasteful and quenching one, definitely not the average lager beer, not that it bothers me. 110523

Bottle. Pine and citric hop nose. Pale golden lacing white head. Hop centric flavor - pine, citrusgrass, light metallic notes, chewy enough. Not bad

Tap @ Bishops Arms, Cph.
Pours lovely clear yellow-golden with a small, staying, frothy, white head. Lovely aroma, citric, grapefruit, oranges and pine. Highish carbonation, lovely light and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasantly fruity bitter on top of fairly crisp and doughy malts. Grapefruit, pine, resin. Really yummy pils.
