Draught. Pours a cloudy, deep straw, with a firm white head. Spicy aromas, hops, wheat, cloves, bananas, yeast, coriander. Off-dry, light to medium body, low bitterness (although high for the style), balanced CO2. Spicy, rather hoppy taste, lots of citrus and coriander, yeast, wheat, banana. Quite nice thirst quencher. Svesse (6044) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUL 14, 2011
(Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm, 8 July 2011) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, slightly wheaty nose with citrus, grass and lemon peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of citrus, bread, lemon peel and lots of grassy/citric hops. Rather light body, quite dry. Refreshing and quite hoppy for a witbier. Nice one.

omhper (19237) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - JUL 12, 2011
Draught at Bishop’s Arms Folkungagatan, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, small head. Juicy, perfumy coriander aroma. Mid sweet with light body. Intense soapy flavours from Sorachi ace hops, also heavy on coriander. Refreshing, although perhaps overly intense for a witbier. Lots of juicy orange peel and quite some hop bitterness.
