Amber/copper body. Aroma is fruity 8some cherry, red fruits) and caramel. Taste is complex: fruity again, some spice. You can feel the alcohol. Warming beer.

Birra al naso caramellosa, leggermente fruttata e con note fiorite che si ripresentano al gusto accompagnando un dolce pronunciata, classico belga. ---Rated BY Italianbeer85

Bottle 0.75 L. Clear amber body with an average, fizzy, off-white head, mostly diminishing with some lacing; high density of small particles. Moderate malty aroma (caramel) with hints of yeast, red fruits and spices. Flavour is mainly sweet. Light-to-medium body with an oily texture; lively carbonation; light alcoholic warming in the finish.

33 cl bottle, 8%. Nice dark amber to bright red color (fox fur indeed), clear, big offwhite head. Nose is fruity and spicy. Aroma is fruity, red fruits, strawberry, cherry. Caramel malts. Alcohol gives a winey feel, warming, not covering. Spicy belgian yeast and soft citrusy hops.Texture is foamy, fizzy on the tongue. Finish is smooth but fairly dry, sweetish and a bit sticky.
I’d say this is a nice dessert beer, still good alone in late autumn evenings, liked it. If I’ll have desire for a soft sweet one I can rely on this.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear orange with no head. The aroma is clove yeast and pepper. Thick mouthfeell with a strong yeast and clove with alcohol burn. Not much going on with this one.

0.33l bottle. This one quickly develops a big and fluffy off-white head, and underneath this there is a clear bronze-brown body, packed with unfiltered floaters. It smells of a mild blue cheese, some faint yeasty thing going on, hints of burned caramel and that’s just about it. In flavor is’s almost shockingly sweet! Lot’s and lot’s of caramel and malt-sweetness all the way here. Light alcohol, some warming - some just raw, and I also get some dried fruits. Figs perhaps? Anyways, I liked this one. Not exceptional, and if anything a bit sweet, but tasty! 13.07.2012

Bottle, bought @ IperSimply, Peschiera. Clear caramelly amber with a medium, frothy light off-white head. Aroma has caramel, Red currants, strawberry, light vinious. Medium carbonation, fine dryish and light oily mouthfeel. Flavour is rather sugary sweet, still quite a bit of strawberry, light vinious. A bit one-sided.

E’ una birra molto profumata, ha un dolciastro che non da assuefazione ed è molto beverina.
