3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle 0,33L. Clear cooper colour, with creamy, light brown head. Malty caramel aroma with some pear, dri
ed fruits and wine on nose. Taste is so sweet, with a lot of honey and caramel, and it ends slightly alcoholic. I can also feel some winey taste. Full body, creamy to syrupy texture, soft carbonation. Ok beer, but a bit too sweet to be outstanding.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Clear amber with cream froth. Winey warm aroma, Caramelized roasted malts. Sweeeeeeet with slight bitter ending, rich honey and brown sugar taste. Perhaps too sweet for my taste, or just not cold enough (15 C). Try again.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: Clear medium/dark amber with a 4 finger thick ivory head.
Aroma: Orange peel, spice, caramel, raisin, dried fig, a hint of apricot, vinous, candied fruit and honey notes.
Taste: Medium sweetness and sourness with low bitterness. Vinous, dried fruit, apricot and honey/caramel sweetness with citrus fruit tartness.
Palate: Light smooth texture, light/medium body, prickly carbonation with a lingering finish. Initially the finish is sweet, but this wanes and develops into a light sourness with dried fruit and vinous notes.
Comments: Gorgeous and left a glass lace.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
33 cl bottle, 8%. Nice dark amber to bright red color (fox fur indeed), clear, big offwhite head. Nose is fruity and spicy. Aroma is fruity, red fruits, strawberry, cherry. Caramel malts. Alcohol gives a winey feel, warming, not covering. Spicy belgian yeast and soft citrusy hops.Texture is foamy, fizzy on the tongue. Finish is smooth but fairly dry, sweetish and a bit sticky.
I’d say this is a nice dessert beer, still good alone in late autumn evenings, liked it. If I’ll have desire for a soft sweet one I can rely on this.
