4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
330 ml bottle from Bieropholie, served cool in a tulip glass. Produced 03/06/2014.
App.: Clear amber with a full off-white/yellowish head.
Aroma: Very green, grassy, herbal and peppery, phenolic and a bit of ester, maybe some biscuity malt, different and quite well-executed.
Palate: Medium body, very full carbonation.
Flav.: Quite like the nose with tons of green, herbal, peppery hops, biscuit and melanoidin malt (bread crust), light esters; dry with nice bitterness and a long finish that is slightly more malty that the nose or the flavour.
A masterful collabrewation from Green Flash and St-Feuillien....who woulda thunk it??

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Draught @ Ginger Man. Rich yellow with medium sized foamy head, vanilla malt aroma, low carbonation, slightly bitter taste, smooth long finish. Very good collaboration though feels more like a Belgian Strong Ale.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Orange trouble, effervescence moyenne, très beau col blanc cassé crémeux. D’emblée, une amertume houblonnée s’impose, avec des notes de fruits exotiques et de zestes d’agrumes.
