Pours a hazy orangish copper with a frothy white head. Carbonation is way too high out of the bottle so pour this one and let it settle... It becomes far better. Aroma of Belgian yeast, spice and citrus hops. Taste is Belgian yeast, spicy peppery esthers, piney hops, grapefruit and a solid bitterness throughout... Really do yourself a favor and let this one open up otherwise you won’t enjoy it.

Pours hazy golden with a large, creamy white head. Aroma has fresh citrus and grass hops, a touch of resin. Light grainy malts. Highish carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has good malty sweetness, quite crisp. Good grassy and citrussy hops, solid, lingering bitterness. Amarillo? Fresh, bitter and less fruity than other west-coast style ipa’s.

33cl bottle. Small beige head atop murky dark amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, grapefruit, grapefruit rind, light Belgian yeast spicy. Taste is medium sweet, grapefruit, light lemon, grapefruit rind. Medium body, some resin, effervescence.

Idiosynkrasie (5020) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - JUL 22, 2015
330ml bottle. Barely clear, pale amber colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Herbal yeasty, minimally floral and soapy aroma, citrusy hops fight against rosemary, cautious hints of honey and mustard. Taste is dry, moderately funky yeasty, minimally peppery, some grassy hop. Not on a draw, more Belgian than "Coast" style, yeast dominates hop.

Originally rated on 4/27/14. Pours a murky orange with a foamy orange-white head that settles to a small cap on top of the beer. Small patches of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, grain, yeast, and citrus hop aromas. Taste is much the same with citrus zest, and yeast flavors on the finish. There is a medium amount of hop and yeast bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp and medium bodied mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer that has slightly astringent yeast and hop qualities in the taste.

Bottled 330ml. -at Ljubljanski Festival Piva 2015. Cloudy golden coloured, small to medium sized white head, fruity yeasty nose. Moderate malty, slight yeasty, citrusy fruity and slight herbal with notes of spicy hops in the finish. Grassy hoppy finish. Pleasant brew but to be honest nothing special here.

Somewhat hazy orange. Nose light, some yeast an citric hops. Medium bodied, quite high in carbonation. Taste yeast, banana, citrus, pleasant bitterness, alcohol, apricot. Aftertaste with some orange and long bitter hop taste. Nice.
