Bottle split w Erica @ FG. Light golden pour with a big white head (in tulip glasses). Aroma is banana and wheat, kind of bocky. Flavors of banana, wheat, and light lemon zest. A little barnyardy and funky with high carbonation. Clean. Good.

On tap to tulip. Faint yellow with thin head. Basically a decent tripel with hops. I’d rather they leave the hops out, I don’t like the balance. Many will like this combination but I didn’t care for it,

From a tap at the brewery, Belgian sugar taste, medium body, brown in color, a hoppy belgian ale?

Pours a slightly opaque straw yellow. Thick white head, great retention. Sweet and spicy nose from the yeast, a little sugary. Light herbal and citrus hop aroma. Flavor is wonderful, very intriguing. Sweet belgian malts, spicy yeast notes with a solid hop serving.

Big ass bottle poured into my biggest tulip glass. Aroma is a huge saison style with grass/hay/lemon and other herbs. Appearance, my first pour into my glass is clear and yellow, the bottle now has alot of residual floating particles. Taste is a fantastic blend of saison and (nearly) IPA. There is a very complex blend of each of those, with the Belgian yeast flavors being more dominant than anything. A great body and a finish that lasts and lasts. I’m surprised I haven’t heard more about this beer because its huge and intense. I bought it cuz I saw GF on the label and I generally love all things GF related.
