COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

A nice light ale, with a very fruity aroma. The appearance is perfect with a long-lasting medium creamed head, and a deep golden body. Actually a good BSA.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2003 Bottled: Golden coloured. A bit hazy. Is spicy and sweet in the nose. Flavour is very spicy, complex and wellbalanced. Corianderish and wheatish and hides the alcohol well. Pleasant bitterness in the end.

Bottle conditioned. Gold with an excellent fluffy head sustained by good condition. Good hop resin aromas mingled with spicy lemon citrus notes. Slight yeast bite in the mouth mixing with hop flavour making it slightly aggressive but mellows in the finish with a dry bitter hoppiness.
