COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Bottled. Lightly hazy golden, lively head. Concentrated aroma of orange peels and almondy yeast. Fairly sweet with solid body and sprity mouthfeel. There’s honey and Old English marmelade as well as coriander and grain. Really flavourful, and also rather well balanced. Wouldn’t stick out amongst other Belgian golden ales, but is very enjoyable.

33cl bottle from Noel Cuveliers. Hazy gold colour with thick lasting off white head. It’s a Belgian golden ale, but maybe with a little more character than most. Belgian yeast aroma, pale malt in mouth and decent lemony citrus finish. Spicy lemon is quite attractive.

Big creamy head. Citric cream aroma with a bit of hops. Taste is very refreshing with notes of malts and hops and some sweet floral notes. Body is bit thicker then expected with a great balance between hops and yeast.
