Bottle conditioned. Gold with an excellent fluffy head sustained by good condition. Good hop resin aromas mingled with spicy lemon citrus notes. Slight yeast bite in the mouth mixing with hop flavour making it slightly aggressive but mellows in the finish with a dry bitter hoppiness.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 28, 2003 Golden orange, slightly cloudy appearance, with large bit creamy head. Lively carbonation. Spicy aroma, hint of citrus, honey. Citrussy taste, not as a wheat, but more watery, combined with malty notes. More malts in the palate, some bitterness, but still watery refreshing.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden colour, nice white head. Very good aroma of fruits (citrus), yeast and perhaps some hay. Flavour is slightly sour and quite refreshing, well balanced by some sweetness and alcohol. The finish is quite dry and bitter. Highly carbonated palate. All in all a very good blonde.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Opaque yellow- small hint of orange. Head was fluffy and rocky. Nose- dry, grassy. Surprisingly dry. I was expecting more of a sweet-golden style. Quite grassy- unlike Orval or Chimay Tripple.
