3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft. Clear, golden body with medium white head. Aroma was slightly spicy with notes of malt. The beer is big on spice, almost like a spicy lager. Minimum complexity. The body is thin. Short, dry finish. Good, but not a favorite Belgian ale.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Golden with a large fluffy white head. Aromas are alcohol followed by soft lemon, yeast and spices. Quite dry and hoppy. Flavours are sweet lemon that is soon replaced by lots of yeastiness and warming (almost harsh) alcohol. Some lemon sourness comes through although mostly its mellow lemon here. Has a pretty bitter finish with a dry finish. A nice beer to take your time with.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Gold bodied with a sturdy white head. Nose is spicy with lots of yeast and fruit notes. Some flowery notes to this along with light sweet maltiness. Taste is spices, Belgian yeast, touch of cake, fruits, fresh flowers, light candyish background flavors. Soft alcohol as well. Body is uber-carbonated with light dryness and a medium overall feel. Finishes with more spices, yeast notes, dried fruits and flowery notes.

2.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Golden with a large white head. The aroma was malty with a strong hint of wet dog and yeast. I found the taste a bit yeasty too. Lots of fizz which, together with the yeast, tended to dominate the bittersweet subtleties of this beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
75 cl bottle from Swedish "Systembolaget".
Pours a shade light honey color with an amazing big lasting creamy part bubbly head. A bit fruity scent, mixed with some Belgian strong beer scent, but very subtle, might be a bit too cold? More than average body, fairly low bitterness, bit it’s still there. Fresh and a bit spicy flavor. Very long sort of bitter aftertaste. No where does the 7.5% show itself, this is really a well balanced beer, escpically for one that smells and taste so delicate.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy honey gold hue, with a frothy white head, yeasty, pale malt nose, with a citrus and peachy fruitiness notes, sweet floral hops, hint of spiciness in the aroma follows though on a medium-bodied palate with a yesty character, fruity accent, sweet alcoholic note, with a vanilla spiciness, leading towards a juicy low bittering finish.
