COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, average and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty - some wheat and sweetish aroma, some citrus fruitiness, light spiciness (coriander, pepper), light sourness. Body is medium, malty - some wheat and sweetish flavor, some fruitiness and light spiciness. Finish is average, malty - some wheat and lightly sweetish, citrus fruitiness, light sourness and light hoppyness, faint alcohol. OK strong Belgian ale. Not too much alcohol or spiciness - not too sweet, almost drysih considering the light sourness.
