COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

NOT: ilk not 8’di. normalize ettik.

New Beer Distributors, NY 33cl ($5): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is a load of spice, with some hops and yeast. Taste is slightly sugary, but really not that sweet. It is bitter throughout, spicy, and dry. There is a load of pepper flavor in this. It ain’t exactly crisp, but still is refreshing. Body is not as light as one would expect. Interesting and good.

Draft at Alla Spina. Pours a hazy yellow with some white head. Nose of citrus, spice, hay. Thin bodied, faint hop bitterness. Decent

Light gold straw, semi opaque. Fairly fizzy. Initially sweet, fudge like, then dry with bitter finish

Pours a slightly hazed gold into a tulip. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving trailing spots. Sweet citrus and bread aromas. Crisp with upfront hay and bread followed by a lasting lemon and orange citrus finish.

I was expecting more from this one after I have drunk the Tripel, but in the end was not surprising. I was expecting more flavour from it and less bitterness.

Wonderful Golden yeasty beer. Fresh baked bread ,sweet gum and light flowery hops. Taste is a mixture of sweet and sour and medium bitterness. Soft body and a fruity bitter finish. Like this, just for a change.

Golden colour, big head that quickly fades away. It has some weird fresh vegetable aroma, which I dont like at all. Sweet earthy taste, with long sweet aftertaste. Not a beer I enjoy.

Enjoyed this lots. Some lemon. Just refreshing. Very nice. I think St Feuillien are becoming one of my favourites.
