A cloudy, yellow beer with a big, slightly soapy and blond head. Aroma is very aromatic as St. Feuillien beer are usually, flowers, some spices and citrusfruits, hint of anise. Taste is spicy, citrus, dry malts, and some flowers, in the aftertaste there are that white and bitter part under of the orange peel. Light and very easty to drink, even quite high alcohol %, high carbonation, fresh. Very easy, but tastedull beer, aromatic.

0,75 l bottle. Very light cloudy yellow colour with low steady head and medium body. Nose of grassy hops. Taste of light Belgian yeast but with a certain sourness, kimchi cabbage, hay, limes, spicy hops, rice and coriander seeds. Easy and very nice to drink, really quaffable. It is somehow other than expected (more sour, more earthy etc) but delicious on the second glass.

Big 0.75 l bottle from Carrefour in La Calamine shared with McTapps. First I thought it was just another belgian blonde. Oh, it is. Quaffy with yeast and some hops in the start. Huge carbo aswell. But what makes this one so great is a slight aroma & aftertaste of ripe apples. Nice surprise and some nice score.

Bouteille de 33 cl . Couleur dorée pale, très léger trouble, mousse assez abondante de tenue plutôt moyenne. Au nez, le houblon et les agrumes prédominent. A la mise en bouche, c’est clairement le citron qui se distingue, à la fois mélé et suivit par les épices ( Coriandre, cardamone ). Tout celà est bien équilibré avec en plus une carbonnation très "explosive" qui rend la bière vivante en bouche. Trouvée à L’entrepôt - Courcelles les Lens.

İçim hafifi ve yine muz aroması baskın, sonlara doğru alkolü de hissediyorsunuz. az da olsa acılık da kalıyor damakta. NOT: ilk not 8’di. normalize ettik.

New Beer Distributors, NY 33cl ($5): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is a load of spice, with some hops and yeast. Taste is slightly sugary, but really not that sweet. It is bitter throughout, spicy, and dry. There is a load of pepper flavor in this. It ain’t exactly crisp, but still is refreshing. Body is not as light as one would expect. Interesting and good.
