COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This light ale has a deep golden colour with a smooth, frothy head. It is very perfumed with an unmistakable hint of aromatic hops and a fruity (citrus) note from the spices used in production. The body has an intense yet distinctive bitterness and a strong malty taste which is a delight to the palate. The overall effect, however, is a slight dryness and hoppiness.

(bottle, best before 05.08.2004) Hazy orange colour with big yeast floaties and small creamy white layer. Dusty and yeasty fruity (orange, peach) aroma with a touch of cloves. Light bitter flavour, medium body. Citrus fruity and slightly sweet malty taste with yeasts with a lemon fruity, light hop bitter and slightly alcoholic but warming finish. Quite rounded brew.

Pours a somewhat hazy golden color with a small white had. Nice Aromas of tropical fruit, spices and floral hops. Much of the same flavors. Medium-light body with a sweet finish. This is about the lightest Belgian Strong Ale as I’ve had; it’s an easy drinker but not one of the better beers of this style.

Bottle thanks once again to my beautiful wife. Pours a slightly hazy golden straw with a decent rocky white head. Subtle aromas of light spice, bisuity malt and some yeast. Flavours are somewat sweet up front before a slightly harsh bitter finish. A little aggresive for the style I suspect.

Bottle from Systembolaget, Sweden. Big lasting white head. Clowdy solid golden color. Bread / malty aroma with a small phenolic tuch. Small taste with some belgian carater and dry finnish and big sparkle.

From a 330ml bottle on 15 October 2013. Pours a cloudy light golden with a medium head which dissipates quickly. The aroma is typical yeasty Belgian blonde. The flavour features lots of fruit with a subdued sweetnees, some biscuity malt, and a slightly tart, vinous sour/bitter. Has a fullish body and a touch over carbed. A decent Belgian blonde.

Rigtig fin og relativt stærk blonde. Lidt parfumeret uden at det bliver for meget.
