COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This brown ale has a marked ruby brown colour with a generous and lasting head. It has a distinctive aroma reflecting the wide range of ingredients used in its production. The fruitiness resulting from its fermentation blends harmoniously with a dominant liquorice and caramel flavour. The body is decidedly malty. The bitterness is the result of a complex alchemy between the fine hops and special malts used. These give St Feuillien Brune a typical dark chocolate appearance.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2016 Clear deep amber/ruby with a huge light tan head, light lacing. Nose of spice, molasses, oak, vanilla, rubber plastics, mint, toast, herbs, pears, plums, hints of roastiness and smoke. Taste is fairly sweet, mainly just carbonation sourness backing it up. Medium body, high carbonation, sticky finish. Amazing aroma, period.

Feels quite simple, but well balanced, bubble gum, toasted brown sugar, caramel, licorice, yeast presence. Moderate sweetness with light herbal bitterness OK

Robe brune, mousse peu persistante.

Carbonazione elevata. Dubbel solo sufficiente

ASPETTO: marrone mogano scuro, schiuma beige dorata, abbondante, fine e persistente. AROMA: caramello, leggero liquoroso, fruttato. Corpo strutturato. Veramente ottima.
