Aroma is lightly sour, hint of yeast and lots of warm spice; cinnamon and peat notes. A bit of sweetness and a touch of alcohol. Light soft foamy body. Lots of nice spice notes.

Pours a raisin brown with a nice off-white head and an aroma of subtle raisin, candied sugar, and dark peach. Flavor is an immediate rush of alcohol followed by roasted nutmeg, and berry bread. Average mouthfeel. Pair with pizza rolls. Mogwai (176), Askeby, Denmark Jul 9, 2008 Bottle 75 cl. Pours a dark brown / amber colour with lasting off-white head. Aroma is x-mas’sy, with lots of spices, dark fruit, malt, caramel. Dark brown pour, with a huge head that lasted a couple of minutes. Lots of maltiness on the nose, and toungue. Caramel, and spice for a nice finish.
